Debt Consolidation Lowdown did an excellent job with this week’s Carnival of Debt Reduction! We’ll highlight some favorite posts later.
Blogging Away Debt has posted the 54th Carnival of Debt Reduction. Tricia has knocked out over $10,000 in debt over the past seven months! Congratulations!
The personal debt reduction stories are always great, regardless of whether the actions taken were successful or not. As with anything worthwhile, it’s rarely a smooth ride. However, it’s the tougher times that bring about the most fruitful lessons:
- Blunt Money recalls her first try at getting out of debt. Even though she went further into debt, she learned some valuable lessons.
- GolbGuru talks about killing debt and the lessons learned, with a colorful graph plotting the debt’s demise over three years, along with the transition from the “sad zone” to the “happy zone!”
- It’s Just Money no longer owes on his car. Now he’s set another challenge for himself — staying that way!
- The NCN Network has a whole slew of updates, with several goals met!
Thanks for all of the great submissions! It’s fantastic to see everyone’s progress!
