Destroy Debt has posted the Carnival
Thanks go to “Debbie Dragon” at Destroy Debt for hosting this week’s Carnival of Debt Reduction! Her favorites for this week were these three:
Debt Reduction Formula posts a brief history of grass lawns. (No, it really does have to deal with debt reduction!)
The Pennywise Librarians presents “And when I’m bad, I am very, very bad.”
Savvy Frugality explains why little things mean a lot.
Please check out the Carnival for the rest of the great posts!
Squawkfox has posted the Summer Solstice Carnival of Debt Reduction
A big thank-you to Squawkfox for hosting this week’s Carnival of Debt Reduction. The pictures and words of the beginning of summer are a nice addition to the Carnival!
Her three favorites this week:
- TooSmart recounts a payday loan horror story.
- Uncommon Cents offers up the basics of debt reduction.
- Persistent Illusion suggests ten ways to save your money as one ingredient to a successful debt reduction plan.
Please check out the rest of the Carnival and visit some of the other great posts!
Blunt Money has posted the Carnival
A big thank-you to Blunt Money for hosting this week’s Carnival of Debt Reduction! This week’s Carnival is a tribute to dear old Dad, fresh after Father’s Day.
Of the nineteen posts accepted for inclusion this week, one that caught my eye was Get Out Of Debt’s posts on paying off your mortgage, fast. Mortgage debt is debt, too, and under most circumstances should be reduced faster than the minimum rate.
Have a great week! Next week Squawk Fox hosts.
Moolanomy has posted the Carnival
A big thank-you to Pinyo of Moolanomy for hosting this week’s Carnival of Debt Reduction. He’s rolled out a History of Debt theme for this week’s carnival, including information on Hammurabi, early coinage, debtor’s prison, pawnbroking, and more!
Here are the nine contributions that really struck his fancy this week:
- Breaking The Addiction To Credit posted at No Credit Needed
- How to Get Out of Credit Card Debt, and Stay Out posted at Frugal Dad
- Surround yourself with constant reminders posted at Gather Little by Little
- Buy That Fun Stuff Without Going Into Debt posted at Free From Broke

- Compulsive Spending is the Biggest Behavioral Block Against Frugal Living posted at Financial Learn
